Am I Registered?

We want to ensure that get all the answers you need. Below is the process to make sure you are registered for any of our camps.

A few things to keep in mind:

Camp Registration Deadlines – Early registration ends April 13th, 2018

All fees are due by May 15th, 2018

Medical Forms – all students must bring a completed Medical Form with them before they can attend camp. If you do not have a form one can be downloaded here: Download Medical Form

 

Step 1. Log in to your account. You can use the login panel below or if you have not created an account, you will need to create an account which can also be done below. If you are already logged in, you will see your account info displayed. 

Step 2. Review your orders. Under the My Orders tab, you will see the most recent order you have placed, you can click the next button to see your previous orders. Click on the View button to view the information on the order.

Step 3. Check your email, Junk Folder, and Spam Folder for confirmation of order. If you did not receive one,  but see the order in your account, email us here Request An Email Confirmation to request an email confirmation.

Step 5. We will check to confirm the registration was completed and will send you a confirmation email

Step 6. If the registration is not complete, we will check to see if any payments were made. If no payments were received then you will receive an email letting you know no payments were made and therefore the registration is not complete. If payment was made but no confirmation received, we will submit a support ticket to our tech team and they will look into why the registration was not completed even though there was a payment made.
