We are excited to announce a new way to purchase scholarships! The process has been streamlined and made easier than ever to purchase a scholarship fund for your students. The Perfect Performance strives to become more user and client friendly, so we are constantly thinking of new ways to help our clients find what they need with little effort. As you may have noticed, we have updated our site and changed our menu around. We feel this will make it easier to find what you are looking for and have already seen success with clients registering for different services. 

Please Note* If you are needing a scholarship, please contact your student’s teacher about requesting scholarship funds.

If you are purchasing a Scholarship please follow these steps.

Before you can purchase a Scholarship, you must create an account for yourself then proceed to step 1

*Note: You only have to create an account once. Before you order anything, you will first need to login to your account as the form will not display until you are logged in. Please log in here: https://theperfectperformance.com/my-account/

After you have logged in to your account you will need to come back to this page. 

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SCHOLARSHIPS PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW.

Step 1. Fill out the form.  Please Note* You will need the email address of the student you are purchasing funds for. 

Step 2. After we receive the form the amount will be applied to the account of the student the scholarship is being purchased for. If the student has not registered yet, they will be sent a code to use during registration.

Step 4. After you fill out the form, we will send you a link to view the form/ forms that you have filled out. You can log in and see the forms. If any edits are needed you will need to contact us to make the edits for you. As the funds are used, the forms will be updated to show that the funds have been used. 

If you are purchasing scholarships for more than 1 person, a separate purchase is required for each person.

IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS AND ARE PURCHASING THEM PLEASE USE THESE STEPS BELOW.

Step 1. Fill out the form.  Please Note* You will need the email address of the student you are purchasing funds for. 

Step 2. After you fill out the form, you will be sent an estimate along with a copy of the form that was submitted.  You will need to send us the P.O. once it is provided. We will then send you the invoice. You will have 15 days after you receive the invoice to pay for the scholarship funds.

Step 3. After payment is received the person receiving the scholarship will get a code sent to the email address you provide on the form.

Step 4. After you fill out the form, we will send you a link to view the form/ forms that you have filled out. You can log in and see the forms. If any edits are needed you will need to contact us to make the edits for you. As the funds are used, the forms will be updated to show that the funds have been used. 

If you are purchasing scholarships for more than 1 person, a separate purchase is required for each person.
