Our Teacher in-service workshops offer long-term strategies that are designed to help teachers develop successful processed based programs. The workshops are customized to the needs of your district. We cover a variety of topics from how to teach acting for middle and high schools, program and team building, tips on script selection for both Theatre Arts and Speech, and more. Let our more than 55 years of combined knowledge help your teachers take their programs to the next level. We will build the in-service to meet your needs.
Terms and Conditions:
Teacher In-service contract
You may request 1 or both consultants. Workshops are $750 and up per requested consultant, plus travel fees. Estimates vary depending on your needs, hours required etc. When choosing your consultant/s, please know that we will do our best to honor your request. However, in the event that a scheduling conflict should happen, we will notify you in advance.
Upon acceptance of the estimate, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 15 business days, by check, credit card or PayPal. Workshop costs are billed as an all-inclusive flat fee based on the number of students/teacher involvement, materials requested, travel fees and a $200 workshop set up fee. The flat fee is the final agreed workshop price. Deposits will be deducted from the overall price upon receipt of payment. Workshop fees will increase should additional materials be requested beyond the agreement of the custom workshop. The Perfect Performance will inform the client if the request is outside of the agreed contract so that the client is aware and can either agree or cancel the request.
The $200.00 set-up fee covers the planning meetings and paperwork necessary to prepare for an onsite workshop.
Please note* Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits must be paid at least 30 days prior to the first day of the agreed workshop. In addition to the non-refundable deposit, the school district understands that any costs related to travel changes will be paid for by the school district. The school district also understands that workshop fees are due in full on the day that services are rendered. If a school district is unable to pay on the day of services, a P.O. or other arrangements must be made at the time of booking. School districts not paying on the day of services rendered without prior arrangments made at the time of booking, agree to a 5% additional fee if the contract fee is not paid within 15 business days from the final day of the workshop. If the contract is not paid after 30 days, the school district agrees to pay a 10% late charge.
School districts understand that all payments, and expectations of when payments will be made, need to be done at the time of the booking to avoid “surprises.”
If students or teachers do not show up to an agreed upon time or altogether miss the workshop, the school agrees to pay the full agreed upon flat fee regardless of circumstance withholding acts of nature. Should an act of nature, i.e.
If a workshop is canceled within 30 business days of the workshop, the school district agrees to pay for the scheduled workshop in full including travel expenses and time lost.
